Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders within two weeks of being ordered, excluding pre-orders, these will be updated on the product listing, expected dates may change so please keep an eye on the website or you are welcome to message me.

I do however aim to get all orders out the same day if ordered within my opening hours. 

Pre-Orders are completely dependent on my suppliers, dates are subject to change. Pre-Orders are non refundable. 

We use Evri for most parcels or Royal Mail for Northern Ireland, please contact me if you would prefer to use a different courier (extra charges may apply)
